At Hands Free Dryer, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a transparent and equitable return and refund procedure in accordance with EU consumer regulations.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer legislation, you are entitled to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your order, without the need to specify a reason.

The withdrawal period concludes 14 days following the date on which you receive the product.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
  • All accessories must be included
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

  • Wait for return instructions before sending the item back

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service
  • Hands Free Dryer is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

Refunds

When will I receive my refund?

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, your refund will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method employed at the time of purchase.

Will I receive a full refund?

A full refund will be issued if:

  • The product is returned unused
  • All components and accessories are included
  • The return meets our eligibility criteria

If the item shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts, a partial refund or rejection may apply.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not provide direct exchange services. If you would like to initiate an exchange, please return the original item and submit a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

What if my item arrived damaged?

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the package and product
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email info@handsfreedryer.eu with your order number and photos

We’ll assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

What if I received the wrong item?

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us without delay. We will coordinate the appropriate shipment at no extra charge.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • The product shows clear signs of use
  • Accessories or components are missing
  • The item is returned outside the 14-day return window
  • The product has been damaged due to misuse

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:
